Terms of Service
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and MindBlocks (“we”) about your use of MindBlocks. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use MindBlocks.
What MindBlocks is
MindBlocks lets you build and run AI agents that research cryptocurrency markets and public blockchain data. Agents use Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, and data from third-party providers such as Crypto.com, CoinMarketCap and Blockscout.
Not financial advice
MindBlocks is a research tool. It isn’t a broker, an exchange, a wallet or a financial, investment, tax or legal adviser, and nothing it produces is advice. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and third-party data can be delayed or inaccurate. Check anything important yourself before you act on it. You alone are responsible for your decisions and their results.
No custody, no real trading
MindBlocks never holds your crypto, never asks for your recovery phrase or private keys, and can’t sign or send transactions. Trading inside MindBlocks is simulated with paper money. Never paste a recovery phrase or private key into the service.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding agreement.
- Give a real email address and keep your password secret. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. Don’t share accounts or create many accounts to collect free credits.
Credits and payments
- Running agents uses prepaid credits. Each run is charged from your credits based on what it actually used and the price of the model its agent uses. The account page shows what each run cost.
- Prices on the site are estimates for a typical run. We may change prices for future runs; changes never apply to runs that already happened.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card details.
- Credits don’t expire while your account is open. They have no cash value, can’t be transferred and are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we decide to refund them. If you delete your account, remaining credits are lost.
- Free credits are a courtesy. We can change or end them, and remove free credits that were obtained by breaking these terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t use MindBlocks to break the law, to defraud, harass or harm anyone, to plan market manipulation, to build tools that attack software or people, or to break the usage policies of Anthropic or our data providers. Don’t try to get around limits, overload the service, scrape it, or reach parts of it you aren’t allowed to. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and may remove content shared to Community.
Your content
You own what you put into MindBlocks and what your agents produce for you. You give us the permission we need to store it, process it and send it to Anthropic and our data providers so the service works. When you share something to Community, you let other MindBlocks users view it and copy it into their own desks.
Third-party services
MindBlocks depends on services we don’t control, including Anthropic, Stripe and the data providers. Their availability and accuracy aren’t guaranteed, and their own terms may apply.
Availability and changes
We work to keep MindBlocks running but don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or on the site before the change takes effect.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MindBlocks is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses or for trading or investment losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
