Privacy Policy
Last updated 24 October 2026
This policy explains what MindBlocks (“we”) collects when you use MindBlocks, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address or the wallet address you sign in with, the name you choose to show, and your password, stored only as a secure hash.
- Wallets and crypto payments: the wallet addresses you link to your account and the transactions you pay with. Transactions on a public blockchain are public by nature, and anyone can see them.
- What you create: your agents, workflows, runs and their outputs, watchlist, paper portfolio and anything you share to Community.
- Usage and billing: each run’s model, length and cost, your credit balance and your payment history. Stripe handles card details; we never see your full card number.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser type, used to keep you signed in, prevent abuse and fix problems.
Who we share it with
- Anthropic runs Claude. The inputs and data of each run are sent to Anthropic to produce the answer.
- Data providers (Crypto.com, CoinMarketCap and Blockscout) receive the lookups your agents make, such as an address, a token or a transaction hash.
- Stripe processes card payments.
- Reown (WalletConnect) connects your wallet when you choose to sign in or pay with one.
- Cloudflare delivers the 3D library the desk uses, from its cdnjs service.
- Our email provider sends account emails such as confirmations and password resets.
- Hosting providers store the service and its database.
We don’t sell your personal information and don’t use it for advertising. What you share to Community is visible to other MindBlocks users, along with the name you chose to show.
Cookies
We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and what you create until you delete your account. When you do, we delete your account details, agents, runs, portfolio and shared items. We keep payment records with no link to your account, as accounting rules require.
Your choices and rights
You can see and change your details on your account page, and delete your account there at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to how it’s used. To ask, email [email protected].
Security
We use encrypted connections, hash passwords, keep sessions in secure cookies and limit who can reach the database. No system is perfectly secure, so never paste a recovery phrase or private key into MindBlocks. It removes them when it spots them, but you shouldn’t rely on that.
Children
MindBlocks is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or on the site before the change takes effect.
